Remeber that aside from the H&S requirements for PPE, this is a great way to familiarise yourself with a wide range of safety equipment which can make everyday working a safer experience.

Wellbeing

Please be aware that..

Forging and Fabrication work can be exertive and tiring experience, but is also very rewarding, fun, and different. Whilst most people can swing a hammer quite well, we are concious of the fact that some people may find it a challenge. As such we have the following measures in place to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

  • Tuition on the proper techniques
  • Regular rest breaks
  • A variety of hammer weights
  • 'Big Bertha' a very capable 6 Ton fly press - who will happily take the strain
  • Easier projects which require less manual exertion.

Please inform us of any pre existing health conditions you may have in advance of any purchase or workshop experience visit. We want you to have the best and most rewarding experience whilst you are with us.
